Michael Wagner is the CTO and co-founder of Edge Case, where he leads the development of safety case analytics and risk solutions for advanced technologies across commercial and defense sectors. He began his career at Carnegie Mellon working on planetary rovers for NASA before shifting his focus to autonomy safety in 2006.

Mike has spent over 20 years advancing automation and validation tools for autonomous systems. Since founding Edge Case in 2014, he has helped shape industry approaches to safely deploying frontier technologies through innovative, data-driven solutions.
