Dr. Martin Keim is the Senior Engineering Director for the Tessent product group at Siemens EDA, where he leads development in memory testing, built-in self-test diagnosis, and multi-die test solutions. He has contributed to shaping several IEEE test technology standards and continues to serve in multiple working groups.

Martin’s leadership in semiconductor test innovation supports greater system reliability and design efficiency. With numerous patents and publications, he remains at the forefront of advancing test methodologies for complex integrated circuits.
